Our Story
A family heating, ventilation and air conditioning business serving Tampa since 1971.
Family owned since 1971
Serge's Air Conditioning was established in 1971 by Sergio L. Vazquez. It is still a family business, owned and operated by Sergio, Sara and John Vazquez from our shop at 1755 W. Hillsborough Ave. in Tampa.
Service and installation work is managed by John Vazquez, a state certified mechanical contractor (License #CMC057038). John has worked alongside his father since 1987 and has been licensed since 1999.
A second generation carrying on the same standard of professional service and installation is what lets our customers rest easy. When you call Serge's, you're not talking to a middleman. You're talking to the owners and operators, day or night.
“No job is too small or too large. The difficult jobs get done immediately. The impossible ones just take a little longer.”

Why installation matters
Many early equipment failures trace back to a sloppy installation, not the equipment itself. Proper sizing, ductwork, refrigerant charge and startup are what make a system last. That's why we stand behind our installs with a 10-year limited parts, labor and duct warranty.
Upgrade and save
Replacing an aging system with modern high-efficiency equipment can cut your cooling costs significantly, which makes a real difference during a Florida summer. Ask us for a free installation estimate and we'll show you the options.
